Top up my Boomerang Prepaid Card™?

Once you have activated your card, you will need to “load” some money on to it before you can use it. There are 4 simple ways to top up your Boomerang Prepaid Card™.

1. Debit / Credit card. Simply log in to the My Boomerang section and make a payment using your card. The funds can take up to 3/4 working days before you card is credited.
2. Standing Order - By setting up a Standing order you will guarantee to have funds allocated to your card the same day ensuring you have always got money to spend each month. Don’t forget you can get any family member to top up your card via Standing Order. Simply click here for a Standing order
3. Wages. Don’t have a bank account or would prefer your wages to be paid straight onto your card, avoiding unnecessary overdrafts! No problems, simply get your employer to fill out the Following Form Now
4. Cash Loading. Soon, you will also be able to pay cash on to your card at over 17,500 locations throughout the UK. Please note that this facility will not be available until 1st October 2008

Check my balance?

To check how much you have on your card at anytime, login to My Boomerang and check your balance online. Boomerang does not send any statements out as we prefer to do our bit for the environment.

View my transactions?

To check what you have been spending on your card at anytime, login to My Boomerang and check each transaction. This is available 24/7.

View my cashback rewards?

Login to your Boomerang Rewards account and view your cashback balance at any time. If you haven’t set up an account you won’t receive any benefits from your purchases online so if you haven’t already, please sign up here

Use my Boomerang Prepaid Card™?

Your Boomerang Prepaid Card™ can be used anywhere in the world where you see the VISA® sign displayed. Just like a normal bank account Visa® debit card whether it’s over the counter, over the net or to withdraw cash from any ATM, the Boomerang card is accepted at over 29 Million places worldwide! So, we are confident that you will never be struggling to find a place to spend on it!

Request a new PIN for my Boomerang Prepaid Card™?

If you have lost or forgotten your PIN, please log in to My Boomerang and request a PIN reminder. Alternatively, you can contact us on 0845 680 2273 and we will issue you with another PIN.

Request a new Boomerang Prepaid Card™?

If you have lost your card, please contact us on 0845 680 2273 immediately and we will arrange for your card to be cancelled. We can then arrange for another card to be sent out to you immediately. Fees may apply.

How do I upgrade to a Boomerang Prepaid Card™ with Photo ID?

If you initially purchased a Boomerang Prepaid Card™ and opted not to have your photo on it, you can upgrade at anytime. Simply Apply for a new card, choose the photo option and we will arrange for any existing balance to be transferred on to the new card when it is activated. Fees may apply.
